Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Open a tool and use it. Nothing here asks you to sign up or log in.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. The tools read and rebuild the file in your browser tab. The file is not sent to our server, and closing the tab clears it.
Will PDF Compress keep my text selectable?
No. It makes a PDF smaller by drawing each page as a compressed image, so the text can no longer be selected or searched, and links and form fields are lost. Keep the original if you need them. Merge and Split copy the pages instead, so text is normally kept.
Can PDF to Flipbook give me a link to share?
No. It is a private preview in your own browser and does not host anything. For a public link or an embed on a website, you need a flipbook hosting service.
Is there a size limit?
Compress takes files up to about 120 MB and 200 pages. Merge and Split take up to 15 PDFs of 80 MB each and 120 pages on the board. The flipbook has no fixed limit, but a very large file can be slow. Your device’s memory is the real limit.
Can I open a password-protected PDF?
No. Remove the password in a PDF program first, then use the unlocked copy.
