Are my PDFs uploaded?

No. The pages are read and rebuilt in your browser. The files are not sent to our server.

Choose Merge, drop two or more PDFs on the board, drag the pages into the order you want, and press the merge button. If you have selected some pages, only those are included. If nothing is selected, every page is.

How do I extract some pages from a PDF?

Choose Split and add the PDF. Click the pages you want, shift-click to select a range, or type page positions such as 1-3,5 and press Select. Then press “Extract as 1 PDF”.

Can I save every page as its own file?

Yes. Select the pages and press “Split into separate files”. Each page downloads as its own PDF, named page-1.pdf, page-2.pdf and so on. Your browser may ask whether to allow several downloads.

Can I rotate or remove pages?

Yes. Select the pages, then press Rotate or Remove. Removing a page only changes the board, not your original file.

Does the text stay selectable?

Usually yes. Pages are copied into the new PDF instead of being turned into images, so text and vector graphics are kept.

Up to 15 PDFs, each up to 80 MB, and 120 pages on the board at one time. For larger jobs, use a desktop PDF program.

Will bookmarks and forms survive?

Not always. The pages are copied, but bookmarks, form fields and other interactive parts may not carry over. Check the result before you delete the originals.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No. Unlock them first. A file that cannot be opened is skipped with an error message.
